Tis the season to be jolly, and for us one of the most jolly activities during the holidays and in summer time is picnicking. Whether it’s in the forest, on the beach, at the park, on top of a mountain, in your back garden… in order to have a good picnic you need a great picnic basket (filled with yummy things!)

    My perfect picini sandwich would certainly contain sasko yummy bread,together with sasko tomatoes jam,sprinkled with fresh cherry tomatoes,basil and cheese,cut into semi circles and slightly browned to make mini pizzas,I would also be adding shredded chicken,and cold meats to add a variant when inviting guests for my picnic

    My ideal picnic sandwich would consist of deliciously moist chicken breasts cute into small cubes and mixed with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, some cream cheese, finely minced red onion, iceberg lettuce cute into ribbons and salt and black pepper to taste. I would use the Sasko low GI smooth ancient grain bread to complete my yummy sandwiches 😀

    My picnic sandwich will consist of Sasko Ancient Grain Smooth Brown Bread. The filling for the sandwich will consist of roasted chicken slices wiith creamy mayonnaise, shredded lettuce leaves and topped with avocado. Its tasty, healthy and nutricious.     I love the Ancient Grain Smooth Brown Bread. My hubby is diabetic so we both prefer the Low GI bread, a healthier option. I would make the following sarmie. Parma ham paired with a sharp swiss cheese. Sliced tomatoes and fresh butter lettuce with a little bit of strawberry balsamic vinegar.

    I love the Caeser type sandwich – Chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and a little bit of caeser dressing on crisp ciabatta bread. I would choose the Ancient Grain Smooth Brown Bread, as I love grain type breads.

    I would use Ancient Grain Smooth Brown Bread and make beef pastrami sandwiches with mustard, avocado and a slice of cheese.
